Tabata: The Four Minute Workout

All the gear, no idea. If you read my last post, you will know that World of Sports have kindly kitted me out in all the right gear for getting fit. No longer wearing trainers from my school days, I feel suitably inspired to essentially eat less, move more.

I have chosen tomorrow, Thursday, as the day to start this all off (which means I only have to do it once or twice, then it’s the weekend).

Always keen on a shortcut, I have decided to throw myself in at the deep end with something called Tabata (pronounced ‘tabarta’). It’s a four minute workout that can burn MORE fat than one an hour long. My regular readers will probably already know, before I type another word, that I love the sound of this.
