After blogging about my experience of undergoing a full Chinese confinement (read the post here), I was interviewed for a documentary that aired across America, discussing the benefits of the Chinese traditions that lie behind pregnancy and birth here in Singapore. Watch my two-part interview here:

The documentary was part of the series ‘Under the Sun’ that aired on the US channel Veria Living TV in August 2014 (filming was done in September 2012).
