I wrote about This Works Sleep Spray a few months back, but I am thrilled to say I think I have found something better. Something costing a fraction of the price and stocked on the shelves of a local pharmacy near you.
It’s certainly not new, they’ve been making this stuff for over 70 years, but it IS clever. Dab a little on to your pillowcase – my Sleep Spray had run out – and you literally seem to pass out, feeling refreshed and well rested the following day.
I raved about it to such an extent that it propted H to ask me what it contains. Shock, horror when I realized what was in it (rather late in the day as I’d been sprinkling it on my pillow with abandon for about two weeks). CHLOROFORM!
No wonder it sends you straight to sleep. I am taking a view that 0.5% is perfectly safe; Kwan Loong must have done at least a modicum of research before creating this. It is, after all, owned by the chaps who make Tiger Balm.
A great present for anyone, more so if they live overseas so they won’t know how little you’ve spent. You can buy it in enormous bottles or tiny, Alice-in-Wonderland-sized small ones. Just make sure you don’t drink it.
