I am lucky in not suffering too badly from jetlag, but having flown to London from Singapore for a few days before heading on to New York for a few more, then doing the whole thing in reverse with a day in Singapore to have a complete re-pack before heading off to Thailand (what sort of idiot takes all their holidays in one go?), I do sometimes get that feeling at night, just before my head hits the pillow, that I won’t be able to sleep.

Despite stocking up on melatonin when I was in the States, I generally hate replying on pills to get me to sleep (even if they’re completely natural pills).

It smells lovely and contains lavender oil, chamomile and vetivert (didn’t know what on earth this was but some light Googling reveals it’s the oil of tranquility, distilled from certain tall, scented tropical grasses)…but more importantly than all that, as the brand name suggests, This. Really. Works.  A few sprays and I slept like a babe.
