I do get quite excited at an auction. There is something in the air at a sale that makes me want to stick my hand up in the air, wave it around wildly…and bid. Well, tomorrow night I don’t think I’ll be the only one. The chaps at Hotlotz have a great collection of luxury accessories going under the hammer from 8pm.

The best bit? If you can’t make it, register online or place an absentee bid via their app. I’ll race you to it. Think Alexander McQueen metallic leather strap heels (minimum bid S$280 – although I have to say, second hand shoes that I am not being given are generally not my bag), Chanel never-worn sunglasses (hand up and stretched to the ceiling) or perhaps a vintage terracotta Japanese kimono (yes please).
