My Chinese is pretty non-existent I’m afraid to say and only really any good for ordering dim sum (ha kau, siu mai, feng zhao).
The single phrase I feel very clever to mutter to anyone and everyone at this time of year though is gong hei fat choi (I resolutely refuse to say it in mandarin having learnt this in London where cantonese is mainly spoken).
